Welcome to Your Virtual Bike Fit

To get started, please go through each section and fill out as much information as possible — the more detail you provide, the more accurate and helpful your fit will be.

We’ve made the process simple, with step-by-step tutorial links to help you set up your camera correctly and capture your riding footage from all the right angles.

At the end of the form, you’ll be able to enter your payment details — the full fit costs AUD $270 for the advanced and AUD $230 for the standard, and includes:

  • A personalised fit analysis.
  • Links to any recommended parts from local retailers.
  • Clear setup instructions to get your bike dialed in.
  • Saddle & Shoe Fit Report (Advanced Fit Only).
  • A post-fit form to document your new contact points.
  • A FREE follow-up consultation within 2 months of your original fit (Virtual or in person at our Auckland or Brisbane Fit Studio).

 

If you’re confident with tools, you can make the adjustments yourself — otherwise, you can take our recommendations to your local bike shop.

This will include saddle models across multiple brands and price points, so you can find the right option whether you're riding road, gravel, MTB, or touring.

Foot Analysis

Our feet are the number one contact point on the bike, making proper setup essential for both comfort and performance.

The right cycling shoes, combined with the correct cleat position, ensure efficient power transfer, reduce the risk of discomfort or injury, and help you ride longer and stronger.

Cleat Set Up

Proper cleat setup is essential for knee alignment, comfort, and power transfer.

Please take a clear photo of the bottom of each shoe so we can assess your cleat position:
— Make sure the cleat is visible and the entire sole is in frame
— Use good lighting and place the shoe on a flat surface

We will analyze your cleat position in conjunction with your knee tracking and come back with the correct cleat placement to suit your pedaling mechanics.

Capturing your bike position with your camera / smartphone

To ensure an accurate virtual bike fit, it’s important to capture high-quality footage of your riding position. A properly set up camera will help us analyze your posture, pedal stroke, and overall alignment more effectively.

• Film from the side (drive side / chain side)
• Camera should be level with the bike
• Pedal at normal cadence for 10–20 seconds
• Keep hands on the hoods
• Ensure full rider and bike are visible
